CPV Terms of Service



Scheduling
 

All bookings for listings should be made online or by phone. We highly recommend using our online booking portal as it shows real-time availability. Phone support is limited, and we may direct you to the portal if we’re unavailable.

Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation within a few hours. If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to call us—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

On shoot day, our Creative Specialists aim to arrive 10 minutes early. However, delays may occur due to traffic or prior appointments. If that happens, we’ll contact you via call or text to update you on their arrival.
 

Rescheduling & Cancellations
 

Timing & Fees

  • More than 12 hours before the shoot
    No fee – reschedule or cancel anytime.

  • 4 to 12 hours before the shoot
    $50 fee – we’ll work with you to find a new time.

  • Less than 4 hours before the shoot
    $75 fee – helps cover short-notice changes. We’ll still try to reschedule if possible.


Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

For no-shows or cancellations made at or after the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer one (1) emergency waiver per client per year for genuine circumstances, such as:

  • Medical emergencies or sudden illness

  • Family emergencies (e.g., serious illness or accidents involving a close family member)

  • Unforeseen severe weather or travel disruptions

Otherwise, a $100 fee or 20% of the total invoice (whichever is greater) will apply.


Waived Fees in Special Circumstances

Cancellation/reschedule fees will be waived in the event of:

  • Severe weather conditions that impact safety or feasibility

  • Natural disasters or government-mandated restrictions
     

Communication & Support Hours
 

We offer prompt support during the following times:

Business Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

After-Hours Support

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST

  • Sunday: 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM EST

Requests received outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

If there are any last-minute changes on our end, our team will reach out promptly to work with you on the best solution.


Return/Split Shoot Fee
 

A $50 return fee will be charged if CPV must return to a property due to:

  • The property not being ready

  • The agent not being present to complete services

  • Delays affecting the schedule of subsequent shoots

Exceptions include:
Poor weather, equipment failure, pre-scheduled follow-up shoots, and safety concerns.
 

Preparation for Photoshoots
 

We’re committed to helping you impress your clients and win more listings. Please review and follow our prep guide on the website to ensure a smooth shoot.

While we’re happy to assist on-site with minor adjustments, we encourage agents to prep thoroughly to avoid capturing unwanted items in photos and videos.
 

Delivery
 

Our standard turnaround is next-day delivery by 12:00 PM, so you can go live quickly. We also offer same-day delivery (with 24-hour notice) for an additional fee.


Delivery Timeline:
 

       Next Morning (Before 12 PM):

  • HDR Photos (If ordered Friday, delivered Saturday before 12 PM)

  • 3D Matterport

  • Drone Photos

  • Virtual Twilights

  • Listing Websites (Video added automatically upon completion)

    Within 24 Hours:

  • 2D Floorplan

    Within 36 Hours:

  • Virtual Staging

    Within 2 Business Days:

  • Edited Videos (If ordered Friday, delivered by Tuesday)

  • Reels

  • Drone Videos

  • 3D Floorplan

    Within 3 Business Days:

  • Pro Reels (Heavy emphasis on virality and “wow factor”)
     

Travel Fees
 

If your property is located outside of our standard service area, a travel fee will apply. This is calculated at $100 per hour of drive time per Creative Specialist. Please contact our team with the address for an exact quote.


Licensing
 

CPV retains the rights to all media it produces and may use content for marketing and promotional purposes.


Client Use Rights:

  • Media may be used to market the listing while it is active.

  • If the listing returns to market, a new license or media order is required.

  • Clients may use CPV media to market themselves as agents.

Media may not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties to promote other services.

 

Video Editing
 

CPV includes one round of video edits per project. Please compile all edits into a single document or email to ensure efficiency.

To avoid delays, be specific in your requests. Examples like “change the music” are too vague—please provide:

  • Music examples or genre preferences

  • Template inspiration

  • Desired pacing (slow, upbeat, etc.)
     

Additional edit rounds will be processed in the order they are received and may incur extra charges.
